Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on one of the decks - located both on main and upper levels, taking in the ocean sound or breeze, or gathering with your loved ones to grill out, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Rest easy knowing that linens are included for your convenience. The kitchen is fully-equipped, complete with all the essentials. The living area provides a large, comfortable sectional. Master bedrooms on each level with ensuite bathrooms. Bunk room provides 2 bunk beds with trundle bed, additional bedrooms upstairs have 1 queen and 2 full size bedrooms.

Outside on the main deck, you will find a table with chairs and 2 high top chairs with side table. On the upper level deck, you will find 3 Adirondack chairs. Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles, Ocean Lakes does provide an overflow lot for additional parking - first come, first serve.

We will be available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. We encourage our guests to check in online before you arrive to make your check-in process smooth. Per Ocean Lakes policy, Parking is $12/day per vehicle if you pay in advance (you must pay 10 days prior to arrival to get the discount). Parking is $15/day if you do it once you arrive. (You will have to pay 10 days in advance to get the discount, according to Ocean Lakes' policy.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
